BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Possibly published anonymously in the Netherlands, ca. 1790-1810. Variant known to have been printed in Zaltbommel by J. Noman in 1817.

Biography engraver: Hermanus Numan (1744-1820) was a Dutch painter, engraver and art theorist. He produced various instructional and decorative prints, including board games, and worked as a drawing master in Amsterdam.
