From: “Vorstellung einige conquestes Ludovici XIV .”, published by Jeremias Wolff in Augsburg, c. 1720. This series of engravings describe the conquests of Louis XIV.

Made by ‘Johann August Corvinus’ after an anonymous artist. Johann August Corvinus (1683-1738) was a german engraver / etcher from Leipzig. He mostly worked for the publisher J. Wolff in Augsburg.

Condition: Very good, given age. Light creasing from printing. Fold line at top right margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
