Made by ‘Mattys Pool’ after ‘Arnold Houbraken’. Mattys Pool (1670-1732) worked as a printmaker/publisher in Amsterdam. He travelled to France. Arnold Houbraken (1660 – 1719) was a Dutch painter and writer from Dordrecht, now remembered mainly as a biographer of artists from the Dutch Golden Age.

Condition: Good, given age. Light soiling. Remains of glue on rear from attachment. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
