Condition: good, given age. Narrow left margin with some irregularities. Tiny crease bottom right corner in margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Augustin de St. Aubin (French; 1736-1807) was a famous engraver / illustrator, brother of Charles Germani and Gabriel. He was a student of his brother Gabriel, then Fernand and Laurent Cars. He worked after famous artists like Boucher and Greuze.
Biography artist: Jean-Baptiste Greuze (1725-1805) was a French painter, born in Tournus. He was taken under the wing of Grandon, who later took him to Lyon and Paris. From 1757 he exhibited in the Salon of the Academie.
