Condition: good, given age. Light soiling, foxing and creasing. Origianl middle fold as issued. Paper edges chipped. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography artist: Gregorio Leti (1630-1701) was a history and satire writer, born in Milan and later moved to England. He wrote for Charles II a history of England, but fled to Amsterdam after insulting Charles. In Holland he worked on his book about the history of the seven Provinces: ‘Teatro Belgico’.
