Sheet size: 63 x 14,3 cm. (24,8 x 5,6 inch). Image size: 62 x 12,8 cm. (24,4 x 5 inch).

From: ‘Const-Thoonende Iuweel […]’, by Zacharias Heyns, published in Zwolle, 1607. In this work the 1606 Haarlem Rhetorician meeting.

Made by an anonymous engraver after Zacharias Heyns. Zacharias Heyns (c.1566-c.1638) was a Flemish publisher, bookseller and author of poetry and proze. He was active in Antwerp and from c.1592 in Amsterdam and from 1606 Zwolle, where he became the provincial printer.

Condition: Good, given age. Some creasing. Original folding. A few Pinsize holes. Small tear a top right at sign holder. A few small tears at paper edges. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
