This is an original antique print of the dispute of Christ with the Pharisees about Sabbath day, engraved by Antony Wierx ( one of the engravers who supported Johann Wierx ). The background shows Jonas and the wale. This rare, original copper engraving was printed in 1707 and is in excellent condition. The text of this genuine print is in Latin. The overall size is 12 inch x 8 inch. The image size is 9 inch x 6 inch.
