Made by an anonymous engraver after ‘David Teniers’. David Teniers the Younger (1610-1690) was a Flemish artist, born in Antwerp. He was the son of David Teniers the Elder, while his son and grandson also became painters. He was a wildly prolific painter, creating over 900 works. During his life he started the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts, after having presided over the Antwerp guild of painters.

Condition: Good, given age. Some discolouring from paper foil attachment at top. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
