Gonzalo Pizarro y Alonso (1502 � April 10, 1548) was a Spanish conquistador and younger paternal half-brother of Francisco Pizarro, the conqueror of the Inca Empire. Initially in support of the Spanish cause, he later faught the Spanish court after laws were enacted in support of indigenous people and limiting the power of the conquistadors. The son of Willem Goeree and pupil of Gerard de Lairesse.

Condition: Excellent given age. General age related toning and light staining. Original folding from binding. Please study scans carefully.
