Maximilianus Romanorum Imperator (…) – Portrait of Maximilian I (22 March 1459 – 12 January 1519), Holy Roman Emperor from 1508 until his death. A half length portrait inclined left, wearing a crown, armour, mantle and the badge of the Order of the Golden Fleece. The portrait sits within an oval laurel frame, surrounded by flags, shields, armour, cannonballs and other paraphernalia of war.

Condition: Good, given age. No margins; partly attached to carrier sheet. Vertical fold. Some crinkles. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
