No. 5 from a series, c.1610-1650, possibly published by C.J. Visscher. Very rare ed. on blue paper. Ref: Hollstein Dutch 22-after Provenance: Ex. Collection van der Grinten and collection mark OV in square (Lugt 2008c) This item has not been fully described / researched. Please inquire for possible available additional information. Made by ‘Anonymous’ after ‘Esaias I van de Velde’. Esaias I van de Velde (1587-1630) was a Dutch landscape painter.
