Antique print, titled: ‘Hunde II.’ – This print shows 16 dog breeds, specifically hunting dogs. This attractive original old antique print / plate originates from a famous German encyclopedia: ‘Meyers grosses Konversations-Lexikon.’, 5th ed., published in Leipzig and Vienna 1893-1901. We carry other ed. as well. Meyers Konversations-Lexikon was a major German encyclopedia that existed in various editions from 1839 until 1984, when it merged with the Brockhaus encyclopedia.Artists and Engravers: Anonymous.

Condition: Excellent, given age. Original middle fold, as issued. Margin edges faintly browned.  General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
