Description
Depicts Hercules in the Garden of the Hesperides, a scene from Greek mythology where Hercules is tasked with retrieving the golden apples guarded by the Hesperides. The three figures on the right appear on the above First Day’s vase.
Made by an anonymous engraver after Hamilton.

Condition: good, given age. Middle fold as issued. Ghosting from previous matting. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
