Condition: very good, given age. Light foxing and minimal edge wear, overall very strong condition with full margins and excellent tonal range. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Guillaume Henri Franquinet (1785-1854), Belgian painter and lithographer known for classical and historical themes, worked extensively in France and Germany.
Biography artist: Anton Raphael Mengs (1728-1779), German painter in the Neoclassical style, prominent in Rome and Madrid; court painter to Charles III of Spain.
