Made by ‘Albert Geudens’ after own design. Albert Geudens (1869-1949) was born in Mechelen. He was a painter, aquarellist and etcher. Albert Geudens has, during many years and with love, made many images of his hometown Mechelen. He was famous for the impression of light, shadows and soft toning of colours when he made images of houses, people, neighbourhoods. His style is called neo-impressionism.
Condition: Good, given age. Brownish on the reverse, nog visible in the front, handwriting in pencil on reverse about the artist General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
