Antique print, titled: ‘Ese a crudel se, ad inumano effetto. […]’ – A yapping dog up on the stairs barks at two fighting women. A third woman tries to hold back one of the fighters, and a fourth arrives at the scene. Source unknown, to be determined.Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Pelegrino dal Colle’ after ‘Francesco Maggiotto’. Pelegrino dal Colle(1737-1812) was an Italian engraver. He was born in Belluno and died in Venice. He worked mainly for the publisher Giovanni Cavalli, whose student he was.  Francesco Maggiotto (Italian, 1738-1805).

Condition: Very good, given age. Some small stains. Creasing in the top right margin corner. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
