Made by ‘Johann Georg Hertel’ after ‘ Nicolas-Marie Ozanne’. Johann Georg Hertel (1700?-1775) Nicolas-Marie Ozanne (12 January 1728 ? 5 January 1811) was a marine artist, author of a naval treatise and creator of a series of 60 views of the ports of France. His work witnesses to the French Navy of his time, particularly the Ponant (western) fleet.

Condition: Good, given age. Light soiling. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
