Original antique print. It shows: a coastal landscape with, in the foreground, a group of people building a boat, and a group of fishermen. In the background is a fortified city. Source unknown, to be determined. It was published by Pierre Mariette in c. 1670.Artists and Engravers: Artist: Adam Perelle. Published by: Pierre Mariette, in c. 1670. Adam Perelle (Paris 1640-1695) was a French artist and engraver. He was the son of Gabriel Perelle, and brother to Nicolas Perelle.

Condition: Good, given age. Margins cropped close to the platemark. Remains from attachment to carrier to the rear.General age-related light toning and/or light staining. Please study scan carefully
