Original antique drawing, titled: ‘Amitie’. It shows: two nude babies, hugging. They represent ‘Amitie’ (Friendship). This pencil drawing is set in hand drawn pen and ink borders and lettering. Age estimate c. 1850. Artist: L.W.J. Guersouille. L.W.J. Guersouille seems to be an amateur artist, who made this charming piece of art at the age of 76.
Condition: Very good, given age. Margins a little soiled. Remains from attachment to carrier to the rear.General age-related light toning and/or staining from handling. Please study scan carefully
