Printed in Amsterdam by Pieter van Gunst.

Biography engraver: Pieter van Gunst (1659?1732) was a Dutch engraver known for his reproductive engravings after Dutch masters. He worked in Amsterdam and produced portraits and illustrations for books and prints.

Biography artist: David van der Plas (1647?1704) was a Dutch portrait painter and book illustrator active in Amsterdam. He was known for portraits of notable Dutch figures and theatrical decorations.
