Description
This print shows a portrait of saint Lucia, sitting and holding a book and a feather. In the borders we see many flowers and birds. On the back we see st Lucia being tortured in the fire. The layout of the picture resembles the book of hours manuscripts borders that were common around 1490-1510 in Flandria. This print is 1 out of a series of 24 martyrs.

Condition: very good, given age. Brown spot on reverse. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
