Plate : ‘Inclytis J. G. Soufflot Regii Architecti Manubis’. This plate shows a view of the Pantheon in Paris, France. Scarse. This master print was published in 1781 by M. Dumont in Paris. Claude Rene Gabriel Poulleau (b.1749) was a French engraver. Jean Jacques Lequeu (1757-1825) was a French draughtsman and architect of the Architecture Parlante (speaking architecture) school.
Condition: Good. General age related toning. Small tear left margin, restored. General age-related toning and/or occasional light stains from handling. Please study scan carefully.
