Biography engraver: Melchior Kuesel (1626-1683), a German etcher and engraver from Augsburg, known for his architectural and topographical prints, as well as adaptations of works by other artists like Baur.

Biography artist: Johann Wilhelm Baur (1607-1641), a German artist celebrated for his landscape and architectural drawings, particularly views of Italian cities.
