Antique print, untitled. Landscape: a poor family walking along a moonlit landscape with two windmills. The two children are in a cart drawn by the father. Artists and Engravers: Made by an anonymous engraver after Chereau. Francois Chereau, also known as Francois I Chereau (1680-1729) was an engraver of portraits and reproductions of famous works of art during the reign of Louis XIV. His brother is the engraver Jacques Chereau (1688-1776).

Condition: Very good, given age. Faint thumbing in the margins. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
