Condition: good, given age. Thin paper spots in top corners. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Provenance: With the collection mark of P. Sylvester (died in 1718) (Lugt 2110).
Biography engraver: Allart van Everdingen (1621-1675) was active as a painter in Amsterdam. He traveled to Norway to make paintings of the landscape for the Trip family, who had gunfoundries there. After this trip, most of his landscapes have a Norwegian theme.
