Antique Master Print, titled: ‘Les Foins.’ – (Hay.). This print shows a landscape with men and women making hay and transporting it with horses and boats. Source unknown, to be determined. Designed by Swebach.Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Dupreel’ after ‘Philippe Wouwermans’. Dupreel or Duprehel was a French 18-19th c. engraver. Philips Wouwermans (1619-1668) was a Dutch painter of landscapes, hunting and battle scenes.

Condition: Very good, given age. Sheet slightly warped. Tear in lower margin, closed using contemporary paper backed with acid free archival tape. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
