Biography engraver: Wilson Lowry (1762-1824) was an English engraver and Fellow of the Royal Society known for his mechanical and architectural engravings, technical innovations in engraving, and contributions to encyclopedias and scientific publications.
Biography artist: George Robertson (c.1748-1788) was an English landscape painter known for his theatrical compositions. He travelled to Jamaica and depicted plantations, and later focused on British industrial scenes including Coalbrookdale.
