Condition: very good, given age. Some foxing in the margins and three (unobtrusive) spots in the image. Some general age-related toning,. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

This attractive original master print was published by D. Wilkie & A. Raimbach (London), in 1825. Artists and Engravers: Engraved by Abraham Raimbach (1776-1843) after a painting by David Wilkie (1785-1841).
Biography engraver: Abraham Raimbach (1776-1843).
Biography artist: David Wilkie (1785-1841). Wilkie was a Scottish painter. He and Raimbach were intimate friends, and from 1812 onward Raimbach would produce engravings of Wilkie’s best paintings.
