BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Beggars (Series title [Hollstein 73-82]). 19th. c. impression. First published in 1632.

Biography engraver: Johannes van Vliet, a Dutch artist born around 1610, was an etcher, engraver, draughtsman, and painter. His active period spanned from approximately 1628 to 1637 in Leiden, and in 1632, he visited Antwerp. Notably, he collaborated with the renowned artist Rembrandt during his time in Leiden.
