Biography engraver: Henri Fantin-Latour (1836-1904) was a French painter, lithographer and printmaker associated with Realism and Symbolism. He became especially renowned for his imaginative lithographs inspired by music and literature, particularly works dedicated to composers such as Berlioz, Wagner and Schumann.
