Map: ‘Verbreitung der Wichtigsten Pflanzengruppen.’ (World Map of the dispersion of the foremost plant families). This original map originates from the fourth edition of the famous encyclopedia Meyers’ Konversationslexikon. The fourth edition was published 1885-1892.Artists and Engravers: The original founder and publisher who initiated this famous enxyclopedia was Joseph Meyer (1796-1856, Hildburghausen, Germany).

Condition: Excellent, given age. Two original folds, and a crease in the left margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional light staining from handling. Please study scan carefully.
