Condition: good, given age. Fold as published. Thin parts in paper. Overall soiling and staining. Creases. Pinholes.Paper loss one corner. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This attractive print was published by Guillaume Delisle (1675-1726) in Paris, 1710. He was a French cartographer from Paris. Delisle was the first to initiate a scientific comparative geography by using travelogues and the works of naturalists in his works. He published numerous maps, which differed from the earlier maps by elegance and sharpness. .
