This original antique plate shows the Battle of the Alte Veste near Nurnberg in Germany was a significant battle of the Thirty Years’ War between the Holy Roman Empire and the Kingdom of Sweden.
Made by F. Biller after Rothenburg.
Steel engraving on wove (vellin) paper.
Condition: very good, given age. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
