Set of two original antique prints showing the Battle of Marengo was fought on 14 June 1800 between French forces under the First Consul Napoleon Bonaparte and Austrian forces near the city of Alessandria, in Piedmont, Italy.

Steel engraving on wove (vellin) paper.

Condition: very good, given age. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
