This original antique plate shows the Battle of Leipzig on 18-19 October 1813, part of the Battle of the Nations fought from 16 to 19 October 1813 at the Leipzig area , Saxony.

Steel engraving on wove (vellin) paper.
Sheet size: 34.5 x 25 cm; Image size: 18 x 20,3 cm.
Condition: good, given age. Very light foxing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
