Antique Drawing-MUSICIANS-DANCE-VICTORY-ROOSTER-EAGLE-Anonymous-late 17th.c.

Interesting drawing showing various musicians (bagpipe, hurdy-gurdy, violin, harp, cello, drum) and a man and woman dancing, set in a landscape with a town on a hill. Also canons and a rooster / cock fighting an eagle. Possibly this is a victory celebration of the French over Germans / Prussia?
