Medium: Pen and ink and watercolor wash drawing on wove (vellin) paper.

Condition: very good, given age. Light foxing, creasing, and soiling. Slight waviness at margins. Drawing itself in very good condition. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography artist: I Made Rajeg Windhu (1923-1981), was an artist from Batuan, Bali. He was part of the Batuan school of painting, which emerged in the 1930s under the encouragement of Western patronage. His works are characterized by dense compositions, mythological themes, and fine detailing, often rendered in black-and-white ink.
