By Caspar Jacobsz Philips after P. Wagenaar. Caspar Jacobsz Philips  (1732-1789), was an 18th-century engraver and architectural historian of the Northern Netherlands. He was a pupil of his uncle Jan Caspar Philips (1690–1775).
