Line and aquatint etching on hand laid (verg?) paper.

From: ‘Choix des Monuments, Edifices et Maisons les plus remarquables du Royaume des Pays-Bas’, by P.J. Goetghebuer. Printed: A.B. Steven, Ghant, 1827. Contains 120 plates of buildings in the North- and South-Netherlands.

Made by an anonymous engraver after ‘Pierre-Jacques Goetghebuer’. P.J. Goetghebuer (1788-1866) was a professor in architecture in Ghant, Belgium.

Condition: Good, given age. Light staining, soiling and creasing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
