Made by ‘Willem Karel Nakken’ after own design. Willem Karel Nakken (The Hague 1835 – Rijswijk 1926) was a Dutch painter, aquarellist and draughtsman who was specialised in animals, landscapes, town views and still lifes. He was a member of the famous Pulchri Studio in The Hague and Arti et Amicitae.

Condition: Good, given age. Toning from earlier matting. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
