Condition: very good, given age. Light creasing, foxing and soiling. Small tear at bottom left paper edge. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography artist: Jacob van Ruisdael (c.1629-1682) was one of the most celebrated landscape painters of the Dutch Golden Age. His atmospheric, moody compositions deeply influenced Romantic landscape art in the 18th and 19th centuries. Sedlmayer was a 19th-century German lithographer active in Munich.
