Condition: very good, given age. Light creasing, foxing and soiling. Left margin with some thin paper spots. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Nicolas de Larmessin IV (1684-c.1753) was a French engraver and official court printmaker, known for refined interpretations of Rococo genre scenes and collaborations with painters like Lancret.

Biography artist: Nicolas Lancret (1690-1743) was a prominent French Rococo painter whose elegant fetes galantes and genre compositions captured the leisure and flirtation of 18th-century society.
