(Factory of Saints.) Satirical cartoon on the Roman Catholic Church on the occasion of the April Movement of April 1853. View in a workshop where statues of saints are carved. On the left, a priest shows a statue to the public, on the right, a Bible salesman is turned away from the door. Below the picture is an explanation of the scene and a list of appropriate Bible quotes.

Condition: good, given age. Paper edges chipped at top and bottom. Lossely attached to a carrier sheet. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
