Original antique detailed map of Walcheren, province of Zeeland, Netherlands. With sandbanks in the North Sea. Compass rose.

Made by Johannes Condet after Covens-Mortier.

Medium: Engraving / etching with hand colouring on hand laid (verge) paper.

Sheet size: 65 x 52.5 cm (25.59 x 20.67 inch). Image size: 55 x 43 cm. (21.65 x 16.93 inch).

Condition: good, given age. Original fold as published. Damp stained left side. Two creases on the left. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
