Sheet size: 24,7 x 35,4 cm. Image size: 14,5 x 20,7 cm.

Signed and titled in the plate. Two versions of this print exist, the large and the small. This is the small (Exteens 268) published in the periodical Pan in 1895. Ref: Exteens 268; Ramiro 60; Mascha 598.

Made by ‘Felicien Rops’ after own design. Felicien Rops (1833-1898) was a Belgian graphic artist. He is especially known for his erotic subject matter.

Condition: Good, given age. Ghosting around the image from previous matting. Remains of attachment to said matting in the top margin. A few small stains in the right margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
