Two etchings (‘Flower buds’ and ‘Blooming Viola’). Semi-naturalistic depictions of 1) a branch with buds, and 2) a viola with leaves.
Drypoint etching on plastic on wove (vellin) paper.
Sheet size: 15,8 x 15,6 cm. Image size: 9,8 x 9,8 cm.
Signed in the plate. Provenance: From a private collection, gifted by the artist.
Made by ‘Marijke van Delft’ after own design. Marijke van Delft (Moergestel 1960 – ) is a Dutch graphic artist.
Condition: Very good, given age. Remains of attachment to carrier to the rear. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
