Antique print, titled: ‘Les environs de Dinant, de Philippeville et de Charlemont ou se trouve encore le Condros. ‘ – A detailed map of the surroundings of Dinant, with Philippeville and Charlemont in Belgium and part of Luxembourg including Marche en Famenne. Source unknown, to be determined.Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Nicolas de Fer’ after an anonymous artist. Nicolas de Fer (1646-1702) was a French cartographer and engraver, as well as map publisher. He made a large number of maps, sometimes of questionable geographic quality, but always with a certain artistic flair.

Condition: Very good, given age. Two folds, as issued. Right margin a little smudged. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
