(Profile of my Grandfather mr. N.M. Boogaart van Alblasserdam). Portrait drawing Boogaert van Alblasserdam, sketch. This is probably Nicolaas Martinus Boogaert van Alblasserdam (1737-1825). He was a national-council member of the Batavian Republic under the French occupants. He was married with Lydia Cornelia van Riel (1744-1814). A scetch made by a descendant living in France.
