Antique print, titled: ‘Whitestown in 1802.’ – A sketched plan of Whitestown in New York state. This is a lithographically made map from ca. 1849. “Maps in the offices of Secr. Of State and Surveyor General”, Albany: Richard H. Pease, ca. 1850. Cartographers were David Vaughan, E.O. Olmsted and M.E. Seymour.Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Richard H. Pease’ after an anonymous artist. Printer / publisher: Richard H. Pease (1813-1869) was an engraver / lithographer and printer from Albany.

Condition: Excellent, given age. A faint stain in the top middle of the image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
