Pencil drawing on wove paper, framed.

Made by Alexandre René Véron (Montbazon; 1826-1897), a French painter of landscapes, member of the School of Barbizon. he is the artist of admirable views of Fontainebleau, Auvers-sur-Oise, Pontoise, Crécy-en-Brie, Asnières and Argenteuil. A pupil of Paul Delaroche, belonging to the current of Daubigny followers, he exhibited at the Salon from 1848. Work in several public collections.
